Student Accommodation
The project will have sufficient accommodation for sixty (60) students at one time, for the aim is to mantain intensive teaching methods with high teacher - student ratio, and therefore ensuring high quality teaching.

Classrooms
Classrooms are a problem at present. We need 16 rooms with a size of 80 sq. meters per room for 60 students. These classrooms may also be used as a practice area by pushing chairs and desks to the wall.

Kitchen and Dining Hall
The College needs a kitchen and dinning hall capable of catering for all students, staff and visitors. Meal allowance per person per day is about Tsh 2,000 (or USD 2.17*). The kitchen should have both gas and firewood cooking facilities in case there being problems with the supply of either.

Dispensary
In this project, the College should have a dispensary and an annual drugs and medical equipment budget to serve all students and teachers.

The Library
The project also plans to have a big library with an excellent selection of international books on the wide vatiety of arts covered at the college.
